Join Amy Winters, Little Kneaders for a Therapy Dough Workshop in Wexford Library. Age Friendly Event.
Each participant will make two therapy doughs using 100% natural hand blended oils from Cork designed to awaken the mind and provide moments of calm.
Therapy dough is proven to improve muscle memory in the hands, strengthen the muscles in the fingers and hand, reduce anxiety and reduce heart rates by refocussing the mind to the hands. We will incorporate breathwork and direction of daily rituals to provide mindful moments.
