A History of the GAA in 100 Objects with Siobhan Doyle. Tuesday 21st February at 7pm in New Ross Library In-Person

Siobhán Doyle is a historian and works as a curator in the National Museum of Ireland. She holds a PhD in Museum Studies from Technological University Dublin and has lectured in Design History. Siobhán is from Co. Wexford and has studied and worked in museums in Dublin for ten years. Her first book A History of the GAA in 100 Objects was published by Merrion Press in October 2022 and was nominated for Sports Book of the Year at the An Post Irish Book Awards. Siobhan will be joinng us in New Ross Library for a talk based on her book.
