Activator Poles for Beginners- Three Week Programme In-Person
Join Elaine and Sports Active Wexford for this three week programme in which you will 'get to grips' with Activator Poles, all their uses and benefits.
These three classes will be held outdoors at Gorey Library on 15th, 22nd and 29th May, at 12:00pm.
Registration for this first session registers for the three weeks of the programme.
These Activator Poles are available to borrow from Gorey Library so why not take some home to practice with?
