Library in the Park! A special Pop Up Library and Rhymetime in JFK Arboretum In-Person

Trish and Thomas from New Ross Library will be hosting a special Pop Up Library at the JFK Arboretum on August 17th to celebrate the start of Heritage Week and also Summer Stars!

There will be a Storytime for children aged 4 plus at 11.30am and at 12.30pm there will be a Rhymetime for children under 4 years.

There will also be a pop up library at the JFK Arboretum between 11am to 4pm. You will be able to borrow books from our selection and find out more about the library.

The Office of Public Works (OPW) has announced two days of free admission to over 70 heritage sites on the 17th and 18th of August, the opening weekend of National Heritage Week 2024. 

This National Heritage Week, the OPW will invite visitors to explore the links between people and communities, to look at what brings us together and what connects us. So why not connect with your local library and become part of our community.
