This group session is aimed at providing you with information around how to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
The February workshop will cover the following: Nutrition and healthy eating habits.
This session facilitated by the Irish Heart Foundation will allow people with similar concerns to meet and share experiences. The group session will provide those who attend with additional support to make healthier lifestyle choices and sustain these changes long-term.
