This session is part of the Active Adults for over 55’s programme.
The chair yoga was created to provide the benefits of traditional yoga to individuals with limited mobility, chronic pain, or those who find it difficult to get down on the floor. Chair yoga maintains the essence of traditional yoga—emphasizing breathing, alignment, and mindfulness—while making it accessible to a wider audience.
