Screenplay Writing Workshop with Rose Cullen In-Person
Gorey Library are delighted to host this screenplay writing workshop with Rose Cullen and welcome all to book their place to join us.
Rose Cullen is an Irish born writer brought up in Australia and the UK. She has written for the stage, including companies such as the RSC and Contact Theatre, Manchester. Her writing for the screen includes TV series such as Peak Practice and Casualty as well as for Film. She taught MA Screenwriting at Bournemouth University. More recently her short stories have appeared widely online and in anthologies. A first novel, a semi-autobiographical family saga, The Lucky Country, was published in 2021 and a literary folk horror Black Water in 2024. The first of an historical crime fiction series, Harlequin is Dead, set in the London theatre world of the 18th century will be published by Sapere Books in 2025.
