Bernadette Murphy: Breathwork and Sound Class In-Person
Join Bernadette of Sundara Self Care, a qualified Breathwork Teacher for an evening of Breathwork and Sound. In this taster class Bernadette will prepare you, guide you through and back out of a complete breathwork session.
The class will finish with Bernadette using her Tibetan Singing Bowls to help ground and balance you.
This is an adult event.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
