Discover your Memory Power: A Science Week Event. In-Person
In this workshop participants will explore the extraordinary ability of the brain's memory function. Through fun engaging group excerises and games Joanne will guide you to observe thought patterns and memory responses in real time, bringing conscious awareness to the amazing essential function of memory to remember and forget.
Our minds are designed to make sense of the World around us, we retain important information and then filter what we need and what we don't need. This shapes who we are, what we believe and our understanding of the World.
This is sure to be a fun and social workshop and one you will hopefully remember for a long time!
Please bring along an object that you associate with an important memory that you are willing to share in the workshop.
