GROW Mental Health Services Support Group Launch In-Person
Join us on Thursday, 24th September at 5:30pm in Wexford Library for a special Meet & Greet event to celebrate the launch of a new weekly mental health support group in Wexford Town.
This informal evening is a chance to connect, learn more about the group, and see how peer support can make a real difference. The event will be led by Leonard Kelly, Regional Area Lead with Grow Mental Health, alongside individuals who will share their inspiring stories of recovery—demonstrating the powerful impact of community and support in mental health journeys.
GROW Mental Health groups are free, confidential, and open to anyone over 18 experiencing mental health challenges.
This launch event is a wonderful opportunity to meet others in the community, ask questions, and discover how joining a support group can be a meaningful step towards better mental well-being.
Everyone is welcome.
Please note: While the group will be introduced at this event, regular weekly meetings will begin Monday 6th Oct at 4pm - 6pm, in Clonard Church, Shamrock Room.
